Carolyn Davies

Carolyn Davies is a qualified massage therapist, with 3 years experience specialising in sports massage. She has worked for the AFL, UK women's netball team and at many local triathlons. She holds a B.App.Sci in Exercise Science and has 16 years experience working in the health and fitness industry as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer. She is currently studying physiotherapy and enjoys teaching Spin and Pilates classes. Her interests include running, cycling, horseriding, weight training, the outdoors and travelling.
